Cancellation Policy

Next Level Parties Booking Policy Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward the total rental cost. Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the event date. Failure to pay the balance by this time may result in cancellation. Cancellations: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event will forfeit the deposit, but no additional fees will be charged. Cancellations within 1 day of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 5 days before the event date without any penalties, subject to availability. Weather Policy: In case of inclement weather, rescheduling is encouraged. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, but we will work with you to find a new date. Liability: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to rented equipment due to misuse or negligence during the event.
